Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Shipping Times We ship worldwide through our trusted supplier network. Estimated delivery times are:
- New Zealand: 7–20 business days
- Australia: 10–20 business days
- USA, UK & Canada: 10–25 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
Please note these are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or high demand periods.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over $100 NZD
- A flat shipping rate applies to orders under $100 NZD (calculated at checkout)
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
